Lien Declarations

Explanations

The document has to be signed both by the assignor/licensor/lienee and the assignee/licensee/lienor. The assignor's/licensor's/lienee's signature(s) must be notarized. The notary has to certify not only that the signature(s) is (are) authentic, but also that the person(s) signing on behalf of the assignor/licensor/lienee was (were) authorized to do so individually or jointly on the date of signing. The document with the notary's certification then has to be superlegalized with the Hague Apostille or diplomatically unless there is a certification convention between the respective country and Austria. The assignee's/licensee's/lienor's signature need not be certified.
